1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Platform Overview

FinMo provides a skill-based matchmaking environment for online and real-life games, allowing users to create and join challenges or tournaments. All competitions are skill-based — no gambling is permitted.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration details.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • You may not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior on the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification (KYC/AML compliance).
  • Platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Platform Fees

FinMo retains a small commission from each challenge or tournament to cover operational costs. Fees are displayed transparently before confirming participation.

6. Disputes & Results

  • Challenge outcomes are final once verified by both parties or a referee.
  • In case of dispute, FinMo may request proof (e.g., screenshots, game logs) and reserves the right to make a final decision.

7. Account Suspension

FinMo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in suspicious activity, or abuse the system.

8. Limitation of Liability

FinMo is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries incurred during matches, tournaments, or external activities. The platform acts solely as an intermediary between participants.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies your acceptance.
